About Me

With a strong passion to help others, I decided on a career change and returned to university in my forties to study Psychology & Neuroscience. During this time I learned how to critically assess evidence based interventions in the mental health and wellbeing sectors. I took a particular interest in the growth of research in Mindfulness and the benefits of personalised Lifestyle Medicine. Therefore, I decided to train as a Mindfulness and Health Coach to support positive lifestyle and behavioural change to help with stress and burnout. Modern life is fast paced and juggling work and family can be challenging. Holistic approaches to wellbeing are well researched and increasingly favoured by health care professionals to support prevention of chronic conditions.

Mindfulness has truly transformed the way I live my life, evidence based lifestyle changes have helped me to become stronger, healthier and more energised in mid-life. I created the Becoming You programme to support clients to reconnect with themselves, optimise their health and embrace who they are. I coach from home in Langton Green, just outside Tunbridge Wells, a calm, welcoming space to do this work together.

Warm Wishes, Dani
